- Explore the website and select the items you want to purchase by clicking on them.
- On the product pages click "Add to Cart" to place the item in your virtual shopping cart. You can also select what quantity you would like.
- Once you've added all desired items, click on the shopping cart icon to review your selections. Click "Secure Checkout" to proceed to payment.
- Fill out your shipping address and payment details (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). You can add any discount codes at this stage.
- Once you're happy that your order and details are correct select "Pay Now" to finalise your payment.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After completing a purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed order information.

How can I check my order status?

Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can click on the provided tracking link to view the delivery status of your order.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. Any information regarding pre-orders or canceled items will be included in a separate email.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at james@kaizenfineart.com as soon as possible, along with your order number and the phone number used for the purchase, so that we can assist you promptly.
Please note that once an order has been prepared and shipped, we are unable to cancel the order at that time.

Most of our art work is available with free delivery to the UK. For some smaller items there is a small delivery charge that will be displayed at checkout
If you have special requirements to use another carrier or anything else regarding your delivery please contact james@kaizenfineart.com for further assistance.

Do you deliver abroad?

We do offer delivery outside of the UK but this is not currently displayed on our website.
If you wish your order to be delivered abroad please contact us at james@kaizenfineart.com including details of what you would like to order and your delivery address and we will be happy to provide you with a quotation for the delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?

What if my package is lost or misplaced?

If your package is lost or misplaced during shipment, please email us at james@kaizenfineart.com right away. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
Note: If the package has been shipped to the correct shipping address provided during checkout, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
